Mmmmm...

Tonight was the first official "summer" dinner, I think. It included grilled honey-lemon chicken, fresh locally grown corn on the cob, and fried green tomatoes, that we grew ourselves. On Sunday, I made homemade spaghetti sauce with the herbs that we grew. We don't have much of a garden, just a few tomato plants, a few herbs, and an eggplant. (Oh, and the pumpkin that grew from the ones we threw in the fire pit last fall after I took down my harvest decorations.) Seriously, there is nothing like having your own grown vegetables.

In other news, another tastey bit is Bam Margera. Yes he's crude but he's oh-so yummy. (Sorry honey, I still love you best.)

Sickness

I have done two things this week that I hate doing. One of them I did twice. My temperature is finally normal but I still feel dizzy and achey from the ear infection and stuffy from the sinus infection. Monday was a blur, I know I was at work but all I can remember about the day is waiting until time to go so I could just lay down. The antibiotics I got from the doctor yesterday will soon kill the infections though, and I should be able to go back to work tomorrow. I hate calling out of work.
